In Amsterdam, the Genya armchairs and E5000 study benches embody the monumentality of the newly revitalised Tripolis Park Office, designed by MVRDV

LAMM products address challenges such as material recycling, low environmental impact, optimal acoustics, and refined aesthetics

Two of the three buildings, among the last designed by Aldo Van Eyck—a leading figure in Structuralism—have been revitalised through a project by the renowned Dutch studio MVRDV. The iconic volumes are complemented by a 12-storey barrier building, designed to shield the campus from the noise of the adjacent motorway. In Amsterdam, the new business centre—already occupied by major international companies—offers a green oasis for both users and visitors.

Preserving the past while addressing contemporary needs and generating high-tech, sustainable environments was one of the main objectives of the project. The interiors were designed by Hollandse Nieuwe Architecture & Interior Design, a Dutch studio specialising in the creation of state-of-the-art workspaces. Inside, the spaces are stimulating and welcoming, with a strong focus on occupant well-being, featuring circadian lighting and sensors that regulate air circulation. A green lung connects Van Eyck’s iconic building with the new volume, becoming a strategic space for interaction through informal areas for meetings, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

An office that feels like a living room but without sacrificing a sense of monumentality, reflected also in the new auditorium, a true highlight due to its excellent acoustics, achieved through integrated design of the floor, walls, furnishings, and ceiling. In the new, expansive setting, every design choice was guided by the origin of the materials, their recyclability, and their environmental impact. These ambitions are perfectly reflected in the minimalist Genya armchairs, designed by Dante Bonuccelli, and the elegant E5000 study benches by Orlandini Design. The seats, compact thanks to concealed components integrated into their volume, are arranged in straight rows on stepped tiers with a centre-to-centre spacing of 58 cm. They were selected in a version upholstered in black 100% recyclable Trevira CS polyester fabric, OEKO-TEX® certified.

In front of the armchairs, the front-row E5000 seats are installed, each featuring a 25 cm deep fixed surface made from black laminate by ABET Laminati. The study benches, also spaced at 58 cm intervals, were electrified and prepared to accommodate Bosch microphones.

Paris: the Mura and C100 armchairs enhance the Hermione auditorium, the executive centre born from the transformation of late 19th-century buildings

The seats furnish the spacious, high-tech room within the newly created avant-garde spaces, the result of a complex renovation effort

Paris, ninth arrondissement, rue La Fayette, just a short distance from the Opéra theatre, Saint-Lazare station and the grand Haussmannian boulevards. These are the coordinates of Hermione, a large office complex born from the revitalisation of late 19th-century buildings. The project was commissioned by Crédit Agricole Immobilier Service and designed by French atelier Bouchaud Architectes.

The four buildings, originally constructed for ‘Le Petit Journal’, the illustrious French newspaper of that time, have been revitalised following a thorough renovation project. This effort carefully integrates historical features with contemporary design, enabling the new offices to meet ambitious environmental and safety standards. This is how state-of-the-art workplaces are created, focusing on stimulation, comfort, and the well-being of the occupants. The site spans 18,500 square metres and is designed to accommodate 1,750 people. It includes three open-air courtyards and six terraces, aligned with the city’s greening initiatives and bringing natural light into the interiors.

The main entrance hall is monumental and conceived as both a workspace and meeting area. The spaces offer great flexibility, including a large auditorium with a control room for audio-visual management, and the option to follow conferences from an adjacent multifunctional space. Contributing to the space’s elegance is the refined design and attention to detail of the C100 armchairs designed by Baldanzi & Novelli.

The seats were chosen in the low-back version, with full-length side panels and equipped with a writing tablet and dual socket (French-standard power outlet and USB). The armchairs are installed with a centre-to-centre spacing of 56–57 cm. The structures are painted in semi-matt black. The upholstery, in flame-retardant treated real leather, is also in dark tones. The supply is completed by seven Mura – Gino Gamberini armchairs, each equipped with a writing tablet and dual socket. The colours are made uniform by the same flame-retardant treated leather upholstery and by the semi-matt black painted floor-anchored feet.
