Exceptionally engineered, comfortable and versatile F50 armchairs proved to be the perfect solution for the high-tech Civitas Metropolitano (former Wanda Metropolitano), the Atletico Madrid football stadium born from the expansion of the previous sporting facility. The resulting 70,000-seat stadium is a high-tech marvel that satisfies the highest standards required of facilities that host major international events. The work resulted in a large press room with state-of-the-art technical equipment being built, which can also be used as a multifunctional auditorium if needed. For the room, F50 armchairs, which have a multi-layered inner part padded with non-deformable and flame-retardant polyurethane foam, were chosen. For perfect ergonomics, the backrest is tilted and shaped by the curved internal structure. The tip-up seat is gravity-driven. The armchairs, arranged in straight tiered rows, have large writing tablets with a HPL laminate top and a die-cast aluminium joint. The electrical sockets in the side are easily accessible.
